The Monticello Middle School program consists of grades 6, 7 and 8 and is located in the PK- 12 district building. Our transition program operates as a true middle school with collaborative teaching, flexible schedules and a middle school teaching team. Four teachers work together to provide a high degree of individual attention to student needs, with an emphasis on personal accountability, responsibility, character education, and communications with parents. In the area of co-curricular activities the middle school offers boy’s and girl’s basketball, volleyball, and a variety of clubs and co-curricular activities.
